We work with architects and planning consultants to prepare and submit your planning application, managing the process through to approval.
Detailed construction drawings, structural calculations, and a full specification are prepared. We obtain Building Regulations approval before work starts.
Site clearance, excavation, drainage, and foundations are laid. We use NHBC-registered subcontractors for all groundworks.
Superstructure construction — blockwork, timber frame, or steel frame — through to roof, windows, and external doors. The building is made weathertight.
All mechanical and electrical first fix, insulation, plasterboard, and internal joinery. Second fix — kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, plumbing, and decorating.
Snagging, Building Regulations completion certificate, and full handover pack including all warranties, guarantees, and O&M documentation.
