Our 7-Stage New Build Process

A transparent, structured process that takes your project from initial plot assessment through to keys in hand.

Site Assessment & Feasibility

We assess your plot, review planning constraints, and provide an honest feasibility appraisal — including likely build cost and programme.

Planning Application

We work with architects and planning consultants to prepare and submit your planning application, managing the process through to approval.

Design & Specification

Detailed construction drawings, structural calculations, and a full specification are prepared. We obtain Building Regulations approval before work starts.

Groundworks & Foundations

Site clearance, excavation, drainage, and foundations are laid. We use NHBC-registered subcontractors for all groundworks.

Structure & Weathertight

Superstructure construction — blockwork, timber frame, or steel frame — through to roof, windows, and external doors. The building is made weathertight.

First & Second Fix

All mechanical and electrical first fix, insulation, plasterboard, and internal joinery. Second fix — kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, plumbing, and decorating.

07

Completion & Handover

Snagging, Building Regulations completion certificate, and full handover pack including all warranties, guarantees, and O&M documentation.
