Full & Partial Rewires
Rewiring is within TCM's offered building-related scope. The extent of replacement, circuit design, testing and documentation follows assessment of the actual installation and is delivered directly or coordinated through the appropriate electrical provider.
Extension & Renovation Wiring
Electrical work for extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments coordinated with the wider construction programme, with design, testing and regulated-work responsibilities stated in the project scope.
Lighting & Electrical Alterations
Lighting and other electrical alterations can be included where agreed. Product selection, circuit capacity, controls and specialist design or certification requirements are project-specific.
EV Charging Points
EV charging is within TCM's offered building-related scope. Installation may be direct or coordinated through an appropriate contractor; any registration, notification and certification required for the actual installation is confirmed separately.
Electrical Testing (EICR)
EICR or other electrical testing can be coordinated where required. Inspection and reporting must use an appropriately competent electrical professional and the correct documentation route for the premises.
